Three thousand square feet of ocean view, built for the whole family.
This 3,200-square-foot home was designed so big groups — even multiple families at once — can spread out comfortably, with ocean views from every level. Drive right up to the main floor, where an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace looks out over the water and onto a wide deck.
The top floor is a private 600-square-foot suite with its own deck, a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a small office nook, and a full bath with a jetted tub. One flight up from the main floor, two more bedrooms share a living room with a big-screen TV and a DVD library — one room with a king and trundle twin, the other with a queen and its own ocean-view deck.
Downstairs holds two more bedrooms (one queen-and-twin, one queen) along with a game room — air hockey, foosball, and a pool table under a 55-inch TV — plus a full bath and the laundry room.
Outside, there's a fire pit, a gas grill, a swing, and a garden, with parking for up to seven cars. The house is stocked with games, toys, and books for kids, and every floor has high-speed wifi.
